The vision of the Lonoke Public Schools L.I.G.H.T. program is to provide the educational framework necessary so all students are able to recognize, develop, and be comfortable and confident in using their personal gifts and talents to become: · Responsible participants in self directed learning. · Proficient in ethically applying resources and problem-solving strategies to real world problems. · Collaborative team members. · Proficient in evaluating information for validity and reliability for use in the decision-making process. · Proficient in use of verbal, written, and technical communication skills. · Productive community servants through proficient use of creative problem solving skills and use of available community resources. · Productive in meeting the challenges of the 21st century. |
